Training Guide For IFW's & FLR

Welcome and Congratulations on deciding to start in the exciting world of Free Sites. This is a terrific business to be in and you can make some great money at it but you must go through a due paying stage and you must work at it. You Must Live in the USA or Canada and be 18 years or older. Let's get going right away.

One of the best tips I can give you is to really read and understand this guide as well as reading many, many posts on the FreeLunchRoom Forum, especially in the tutorial Section. Never be afraid to ask questions. The forum is filled with terrific people who are thrilled to answer any questions you have.

This Guide goes over rules and info regarding the FreeLunchRoom Forum. There are other forums out there and they may have some of the same rules but it is best to check each forum for its rules.

The information in this guide regarding free sites goes for just about every free site out there. Again it is always best to research each freebie sites rules before signing up for them.

Important Terminology

FLR = FreeLunchRoom

TR = Trade Rating

Trade Manager - (TM) = where you set up trades within the IBTB site

Trade Thread = this is your advertisement for when you are ready to pay others to go green for you.

PM = Private Message sent through the forum. This is your main line of communication at the forum.

Green for Green = You agree to go green for someone and they do the same for you

Ref for Ref = same as Green for Green

BUMP = Bring Up My Post – when you add a post to your thread so it will go to the top of the page

IFW = Incentive Freebie Website

Offer = what you complete at the IFW to earn credits

Go Yellow = Once you sign up at an IFW you will go Yellow

Go Green = once you have completed all the offers required to give you the amount of credits you need, you have gone Green

Go Red = If after receiving credit for an offer, you do something to cause issue, your Green will be taken away and you will Go Red

Pay On Green = when you complete the offers required for the site many traders will pay immediately after that

Pay On Approval = you will not get paid from the trader until they have asked the IFW to approve you as a referral.

NOCC = No Credit Card Offers. Also refers to Free offers

Brief overview of Business

This is an extremely simple version of what this is all about. There are actually 3 steps to get to the point where you will make the best money.

Step one is to sign up for FLR, which is free. Once there you will want to get used to the forum, read tutorials, check out various threads and just basically get comfortable.

Once you are comfortable you will begin the first step of selling your greens, which means you will join IFW's and complete offers to go green and get paid from another trader.

You have to go through this to pay your dues and get used to how things work. It is also a great way to build up your TR and your PayPal account and to start getting a list of IFW's that you are green at and ready to get referrals for.

I suggest that you complete about 5 or 6 trades with Step One so your TR will be 5 or 6 and then you can move to step 2.

Step Two is where you will do Green for Green trades. Many newbies choose to skip this step, and that is of course your choice to make, but I think it is important to complete this step.

By doing Green for Green trades you gain more experience, you learn how to set up trades in the trade Manager, you raise your TR, you add to your list of IFW's, you cash out on IFW's and add money to your PayPal account.

In short, you will be able to cash out on some IFW's by getting referrals without having to pay for them. This allows you to see how the entire process of cashing out with the IFW's work. I think this is a very important step to take.

Step three is where you will start paying others to Go Green for you. First you will set up a trade thread to advertise the sites you have and what you will pay others. Then you will post your thread in the Paying For Referals section of the forum. Then you respond to PM's or posts on your thread and start paying others.

Every IFW has various prizes and each prize requires a certain amount of Green referrals before you can request your prize. This is where you can start making really good money by paying others to go green for you and getting prizes (payment) directly from the IFW's.

Important things to know

Communication is extremely important. You should always let traders know what is happening on your end. Most problems can be solved with simple communication.

Patience is needed. This is a terrific business and you can make money with it but it is not a get rich quick scheme. It takes time to get to the point where you can start making the good money. It takes time to wait for credits to come through. It takes time to wait to get paid. Waiting is part of the deal. If you have no patience then this business is not for you.

You must have a Verified PayPal account. Traders and IFW's pay via Paypal. If you don't have one you can get one by going to PayPal.com. It is free to join and it really is the best way to send and receive money online. After you have had an account for a few months you can even get a debit card that is attached to you account so you can get money at ATMs or use it anywhere that MasterCard is accepted. Some traders may pay you without a Verified PayPal account but all IFW's require the Verified PayPal account before they will send you your prize.

No Proxy - a proxy is something that internet Providers use that will change your IP address each time you visit a site. You cannot use proxies to complete Freebie sites because it is a way to scam the site. AOL uses a proxy. Test to see if your ISP uses a Proxy HERE

You can only sign up for each IFW once. If you try to sign up twice they will ban you.

You can only complete each offer once. All of these sites have tracking info and they will ban you if you try to do an offer more than once. Many offers are located at different IFW's but you can still only do the offer one time. Period!

Use Correct Info. You must give current and correct information when signing up for both IFW's and completing offers. Many sites double check that the information you submit is valid and if it is not they will ban you. Some sites even require an information check before completing you registration.

Only one person at an address may sign up for an IFW or complete each offer. In other words if you live with someone who wants to get into this business then they have to sign up for different sites than you and complete different offer than you. IP addresses are used to track things in this business and if you share an internet connection then you have the same IP address. Don't worry, there are plenty of sites and offers out there for your entire family to do this business if you wanted.

Keep Track Of Everything If you prefer to use notebooks then by all means do that or you can use the spreadsheet I have supplied to you. No matter what you use just be sure to keep all the important information like, traders, offers completed, cancel times, cancel info, sites joined etc.

Never ask someone which offers you should complete. It is against all the rules to ask what offers to do. You are supposed to try offers that you are really interested in. Signing up for offers just for the sake of getting credit will get you banned.

Never tell someone which offers they should complete. You will get banned if you tell others what offers to complete. Again people should only try offers they are really interested in.

Never discuss canceling offers with referrals. This will get you banned as well. It is fraud to sign up for an offer and then cancel just so you could get credit.

Always read the terms of both IFW's and offer sites. It is important for you to know exactly what you are signing up for and what is expected of you. Many offers even require that you read the Terms before you will get credit. Plus this helps you know exactly what charges you will have and all details you will need.

Set your computer up to complete offers. Before completing any offers clear your cookies, turn off your pop-up blockers, disable your anti virus program and anti spyware programs. All of these things can interfere with you getting credit for your offers.

Always view the offers at each site BEFORE you decide to do a trade. This will ensure that you already know there are enough offers there that you are interested in so you can get the required credits needed to go green.

Not every offer you complete will give you the credit. The IFW's will state that you did something wrong, and many times they are right, but I truly believe that advertisers have issues as well. Accept that you may have some offers that are wasted. My 3rd and 4th offers did not credit but I didn't let that stop me and all the rest since then have.

Always choose offers that you are sincerely interested in. The best benefit of this is that if you don't get the credit for it, then you aren't as mad. Also completing an offer just for the sake of getting credit is considered fraud and can get you banned from a site.

Check out offers before doing them. You can go to the Offers Section in the forum and search for a particular offer. This will bring up all posts regarding that offer. You will be able to see if others have had good or bad luck with that offer.

Take your time looking around and getting used to the forum. You should click on every link that is there so you will know where to find things. If you are comfortable with the forum then you will be happier with this entire business.

Be wary of trades that are not set up in the trade manager. The trade manager is there for your protection. It gives verifialbe proof that a trade was agreed to.

Don't do business with anyone that pressures you into doing all of their sites. You are not required to do all the sites for one person. There are plenty of traders out there willing to pay you. If you find a trader you like, then by all means do as many sites as you want, but it is not required.

Be Prepared To Prove Your Identity Many IFW's will require that you prove your identity Before they will send you your prize. They will request a copy of a utility bill in your name and/or a copy of your Drivers License. This is standard procedure to help fight scammers.

No Credit Card and Free Offers - Many new traders think this is the way to go. Just be warned that these Free and NOCC offers are notorious for not crediting for you. Most people who do them end up extrememly frustrated. Do these at your own risk.

Don't be afraid to ask questions - The people at IBTB are very friendly and helpful as are the IFW site owners. If you ever have a problem or a question please post in the forum or send in a support ticket to the IFW site owners. Remember, the only stupid question is the one not asked.

Steps For Going Green For Others:

1. find a trader you are comfortable with, check their rating, feedback, comments and sites that they are offering
   
   
2. decide which site you want to complete and then go look at the offers available, most traders will have a link to the offers in their thread
   
   
3. make sure you are aware of how many credits you will need to go green
   
   
4. once you have done the above, post in the traders thread that you are pming them
   
   
5. pm the trader and tell them you are interested in their site (insert site name)
   
   
6. wait for trader to send you a pm with their referral link and let you know that the trade is set up in the trade manager
   
   
7. go into trade manager and confirm the trade before clicking on referral link
   
   
8. then click on referral link and sign up for the site and make sure that it states you are being referred by someone.
   
   
9. make sure the offer(s) you want to complete are still there
   
   
10. disable pop up blockers
    
    
11. turn off anti virus, anit spyware and firewall
    
    
12. clear cookies and refresh the page
    
    
13. log back in
    
    
14. click on the offer you want to complete
    
    
15. complete all info until you get a confirmation page
    
    
16. leave that page up and open for at least 10 min
    
    
17. once that time is up you can close the page and do steps 10 thru 17 again for each offer you are going to complete
    
    
18. then be patient as you wait to get credit for the offers, some take longer than stated on the site
    
    
19. once you have gotten credit and gone green on the site send a pm to the trader to let them know, include your paypal email address
    
    
20. be patient while the trader verifies your green and then sends you your payment
    
    
21. once you have received payment go into trade manager and complete the trade by clicking on the complete trade link, choose yes that you have received payment and then click on leave feedback and leave feedback. If you were paid to go green then you are the seller, if you paid someone to go green then you are the buyer
    
    
22. now be patient while you wait for the other trader to leave feedback for you and for your tr to go up

Remember that it is important for you to communicate with the trader. Send them a PM each time you complete an offer. Let them know if an offer is taking longer to credit than it stated on the site. Basically let them know what is going on.

I also suggest that in the beginning you wait to get your credit before you start another offer. If you chose an offer that states that it takes a long time to credit then go ahead and do other offer to make up the rest of the credits you need.

Many newbies get so excited that they just complete offer after offer and end up doing more offers than they really needed. Don't be afraid to email the support of the IFW with any questions either.
